So I have a flash cart for my PC Engine and I was told I could manually edit the ROMs in a hexworkshop by altering a string and turning the ROM from a Turbo Grafx ROM into one that is compatible with a PC Engine. If someone could give me a guide or the sting that needs editing I would be forever in your debt!!!
