bonk 3 u.s. virtual console release - hu or scd?

can anyone confirm which format the u.s. virtual console release of bonk 3 is?  i've done a good amount of searching, and all reports are either unclear or wishy-washy on the matter.  if any of you have downloaded it and can provide a definite confirmation, it would be much appreciated.

Do you mean HuCard or CD version?  If so, then I think it's safe to assume that it's the HuCard release: its release date was before the first CD title (Gate of Thunder), its cost is only 600 points rather than the 800 points that the CD titles command, and it reportedly only eats up 58 blocks of the Wii's memory.

The music on the hucard version blew monkey ass compared to Bonk I and II so I hope it is the CD release.

I liked a few of the compositions in the chip Bonk 3, but, the sound quality wasn't like the first 2, which rocked!

I hope it will be the SCD release too.  If you're gonna go with quality, go with the better one.
