I need excellent screen capturing programs

I am looking to download advance screen capturing software. I am looking for something that can take multiple screenshots via hot key and can automatically set the size to whatever you set before hand and can save it different file types. I'd greatly appreciate the suggestions.

I use Gadwin printscreen http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/
as far as i can tell its freeware

Also wisdomsoft screen hunter is good

though not sure if free version will do what you want
