Super CDRom2: is there a guide online for replacing the caps? sound suffering

as the title states...the sound coming out of my SuperCDRom2 is crackly and crappy. I've been using the video out on the coregrafx instead...but it feels dirty. I would like to replace the caps on my CDRom. I am having a helluva time finding info on this specific project though.

Any advice? Links? Etc.
