Mad Stalker - noticeable differences WITH an arcade card?

I have this one in the mail and can't find any resources online that explain what differences there are when an arcade card is used?

Anyone here know?

The difference is that without the Arcade Card, you won't be playing the game.

Yep it needs an arcade card.  I believe all the games that have the Super CD Rom logo AND the Arcade Card logo on the cover can be used with and without an Arcade Card.  Popful Mail, Brandish, Mahjong Sword: Princess Quest, Super Real Mahjong P V Custom, Formation Soccer '95 - Della Serie A, Linda ³, Private Eyedol, Sexy Idol Mahjong Fashion Monogatari, Wrestling Angels, and 3x3 Eyes can be used with or without an Arcade card.  There's a couple more, but I can't think of them off the top of my head.
