I can't find any information on this, on brothers Duomazov, or pcengine.co.uk.  I believe it's a top down racer similar to an arcade game I played and loved once.  Anybody got any info?

Huh, what do you think?  I wish I could remember the game that I liked, although it was more side-on, and the arrows were flashier.  I think it was a neo-geo game.

I loved Thrash Rally for the Neo Geo so when I bought this game, I expected it to be as good. It's not bad but really difficult.
