WTB: PC duo- r region modded

A friend of mine is looking to buy a PC duo-r with region mod, and possibly a S-video mod. IF any of you guys can help please let me know

Mine doesnt have the s vid output. It is rgb modded tho. I just dont have the scart cable that came with it. I just use the av cables.

I believe you can svid mod it off the rgb amp a lot easier then from the original PCB so that might be a good thing.
