Wiring diagram for PCE <-> TG-16 controller adapter?

TG-16 didn't get many variety of controllers and AFAIK no 3 or 6 buttons controller were made for TG-16 whoch uses the larger DIN connector.  PCE uses mini DIN and I've seen part about cable swap but I'd like to build an adapter so I don't need to swap a few cables around.

However I didn't find any wiring diagram for adapter so can anyone tell me which pin goes to which pin?  I'm pretty sure it's not as simple as pin 1 to pin 1, pin 2 to pin 2, etc.
