Comes with everything in the bad photo (blank looking page beside the manual is the registration card). Received this from Black Tiger and I already own a copy so this one is up for raffle.

I'd like this to go to somebody with a PC-FX and who doesn't also have this game. Anybody??? Though anyone interested in getting a PC-FX, has good rep, and minimum 50 post count on here is welcome to enter.

Sell this on eBay and I'll send Arkhan over to your house to knife you!
