WTF? PCE version of Ninja Gaiden was translated!?!?

Im in shock. This is by far the best version of NG1 and I cant really watch the story unfold (unless im fresh off the NES version). Is this a hoax? Or did someone really make this? I cant find the patch

edit: Nevermind , I just found a site that claims "ENGLISH MODE hold I & II on the title screen and press select.

Cant verify this until Im back home in a few weeks. Wonder if we can get Kunio Kun Soccer in english on PCE

I can confirm that pressing 1 and 2 and select at the title screen before pressing RUN will get you English dialogue and the title screen changes. The ACT introductions etc. do not change. The dialogue is surprisingly good as well.
