"Console Wars" Book/Movie

Have you heard about this book coming out next month about the Console Wars from the early '90's?  Apparently Sony and Seth Rogen are involved and, incredibly, there are already plans to make a movie out of it?

I have to say I'm curious, but my impression is that the story really only involves Sega and Nintendo.  Of course that's not how I remember it.  I wonder if the TG-16 even gets a mention, or perhaps TG-16 is still too cool for the mainstream. 

But if the writer had any intention of taking a more global view of the subject, I don't know how PC Engine can be left out of that story.  Interested to see if that's the case or not.
