Lol Yeah that's not saying anything. The last 3 set the bar so low, that I think they've even been surpassed by the Chad Vader series.

All that J.J. Abrams has to do to win over the fans is:

1.) No stupid bullshit characters who make you cringe (i.e. Pod Racing announcers...ugh)
2.) Bring back old popular characters who are now really old (Han Solo - check)
3.) Not film 100% of the movie on a green screen set
4.) Write a script at a 5th grade reading level

It's the lowest bar of quality in a series reboot, ever. He can't fail.

JJ is terrible in every sense of the word, but i am excited. I heard they did limit green screen and CGI. I'll admit a lot of that trailer certainly charged my crystal.

Ha, the Chad Vader show... I enjoyed it as well for a time. Did it finish ? Sorta lost track/interest but the first year episodes were pretty fun.

Logically, I think these will be pretty good.  That being said, the prequel trilogy was so awful I felt like I was betrayed for caring about the original movies to begin with.

Here's hoping these movies are good...
