Gas prices suck!

$2.96 for unleaded at the pump today in Cincinnati. Too bad I have to use premium-$3.16 a gallon blows. What can you do though- What are prices like for everyone else?

I'll never see sub-$3.00/gallon prices again. Up in my neck of the woods it's currently $3.30 for cheap-o. It peaked out at $3.50 about a month ago. An hour north or south from here the gas is 30 cents cheaper. >< stupid monopoly in my county.

Here, gas is sold by the litre. Right now, the average price is 73 cents per litre...do the math.

Before daddy warbucks Bush came to power in 2000, gas here was about 25 cents a litre.

I still have calucalted my mileage and mpg, but I think I spent 1,000 - 1,200 on gas to drive cross-country. Mind you, I was speeding and towing a car, but DAMN! that's a lot of money and and a LOW mpg.

I'll chime in - $2.85 for low grade as of today. 1 1/2 year ago gas was down to 1.70+

Between $3.20 - $3.50 around the greater philadelphia area. I own two CRXs so its not too bad.

Oxnard, CA = $3.13
Northridge, CA = $3.29

I hear the oil pipeline from Alaska is being closed down for repairs, which might bring prices up to $3.75 here in CA. I seriously got to hookup with someone to carpool with.

Are those "Super" prices or just the "regular" unleaded prices? Because in Saddle Brook New Jersey, "Super" prices are around $3.16 and "regular" is $2.99.

Those prices I listed are for regular only.

It used to be that California had a large margin between New Jersey. Now it's small. It shows how prices are increasing everywhere by a lot.

3.15 for reg today, about 3.24 about a week or two ago (Long Island, NY). That's where I get gas though, at an Exon or Mobil its about 5 to 10 cents more.
