Defective Splatterhouse is defective :/

Bought from Toshi/Jump to Japan. Oddly enough it only seems to happen on stage 6, the womb stage. Black and white pixel squares. Pins have been cleaned and the game has been tested on both my systems. The issue is there on both systems. Just wtf about this. 2nd Hu-card I have come across with corrupt graphics in a few months now. Might be a good time for people to start spot checking their more valuable hu-cards, and doing more then just testing the first stage. Especially if they are considering selling them at some point.

IKR. Makes you paranoid. Toshi issued me a partial refund, so I got back about 2/3rd of the cost on the game. After I find a replacement copy I will just raffle this one off, since other then the small grafx problem on stage 6, the game works well, for now anyway.

Ha! Yeah who knows. I am sure there is some out there somewhere. That goes for any new sealed game anyway. As is though Toshi made good on this with a large partial refund, that I didn't even ask him to do mind you, and me keeping the game so I wouldn't have to go through the hassle and cost of sending it back. He had another copy of Splatterhouse in, so I made another order of a few games. When it arrives and checks out ok, this one goes to raffle.
