I am interested in purchasing a US copy. Dont care about spine card or the game being mint. I would like it to be in decent condition though. I want to play it. I know its a bit pricy, so if i cant find a reasonable one i will go the PC Engine route.

You can save money by familiarizing yourself with games you're interested in buying and what they originally shipped with. Most sellers of incomplete games title them as complete when they are not or as being more complete than competitors because they include the case... even though one was never made for the game.

In the case of TurboGrafx-16 games and North American CDs, laserdiscs, etc, they did not ship with a spine card as that's a Japanese thing.
