disc is spinning clockwise then stops and counter clockwise.

it wasnt spinning at all. and i removed cap c201 and then re soldered it and the disc started spinning again but then went counter clockwise and clockwise.. maybe this is pot adjustment now or do i have a short? do i need the 4 caps replaced that control cd area?
