I just read a horrifying news story out of Russia in which a couple has been discovered to have been murdering and eating people over the last 3 decades.  They have been freezing body parts as well as canning the meat.  They tried to pass some of the meat off to soldiers at a local army base... They were only found out because a road worker found a cell phone on the side of the road and it contained pictures of the husband posing with various body parts in this mouth...
