Changes as of 11.20.06

- News ticker added to index page.  Please read this as it will display important information related to the site, as well as console-related news.

- Calendar feature added: This will keep track of important events related to the site (such as special radio shows or broadcasts) and console events.

- Rank smilies are back for all users.  There also has been alteration to the post count required for each rank.

- favicon.ico now added to the forum.  If you can't see it, please clear your browser cache.

- Users can now turn on or off word censoring (found in your account profile.)
