Fix the link to the boards from the main page!

Hey Aaron, I noticed that when I click the link to the forums on your main page, it goes to the page which tells you to click on the link to the new forums.  Now, while that was all fine and dandy when the new forums were put up a few months ago, it's getting kinda old now.  Maybe it's better that you get rid of that redirect page and replace the link address from "https://www.pcengine-fx.com/phpBB" to "https://www.pcengine-fx.com/forums".

Thanks Dark Fact for the heads up.  I'm fully aware of the link issue and it will be fixed in a future update.
