I have PC eng collection 300+ games CD-ROM for your emulator (not selling,info!)

Hi there, i'm not selling this product, i just want info.

I bought this on ebay UK and is a great collection of hu-card based roms which i'm playing on my emulator on xbox.

But this collection is only hucard based and contains no cd-rom based games.
I wonder if such a collection exists which is pc engine cd-rom based (not hucard)???

In my search for PC engine/turbo cd rom based roms i came across this site.

The pc engine collection comes on 2 DVD's (which is more space then you need for hucard roms) which got me thinking it might have the cd rom based games.
Not very clear from the text on the site it does, but i mailed the seller a few days back if it they were also cd-rom based games on it.
I also asked  if the cd-rom based roms work straight from the disc or if it just contained the raw files that need converting.
Still no reply from the seller.

Some people are buying single games on the Wii!!!!!

Why?

Well, it is easy getting to play all my games in just 1 center (which is in my case xbox).
The games are running through component 720P which gives a better image.
And i don't make a mess hooking all my consoles up time and time again.
Not saying i would never again hook up my turbo again though.

And if your gonna say to just download them... the cd-rom based games are not as straightforward to run them on an emulator as with the hucard based ones.
First you got to have a torrent that still works with all the games that you want.
And second, the cd-rom based roms need to be converted from mp3 to wav and the cue needs to be rewritten.
A hell of a lot of work if you ask me.

I assume it's not just Nintendo that is making money off the old games being released for the Wii (although I would need confirmation of this). Surely this is the case that downloadable roms is damaging the industry?

Mind, it could also be argued that everyone has made their money off the old PC Engine games, so you shouldn't need to worry.

Every one of those CD-ROMs is $1500 that in lost Virtual Console sales that each crooked buyer would've spent on Wii Points.


I love the description of the PC Engine:

The TurboGrafx 16 is really an 8 bit system using two 8 bit processors. This is where the 16 comes from in the name. Also, this system was called the PCEngine in Japan. There is no difference in the two systems, other than the name. The most famous PCEngine game would have to be Bonk, but there are lots of other great games for the system. Just because it's an 8 bit system, don't think of it like the NES or Sega Master System, because it blows these systems away and even the Sega Genesis doesn't come close to the power of the PC-ENGINE. The games are truely stunning, If you like retro games then PC-Engine will fit the bill perfectly.

The gaming industry counts every illegal copy as a lost full price sale. So when they can claim that piracy loses them billions upon billions of lost sales every year.

Piracy still hurts the industry in general, but like the movie industry, its hard to take their made up figures seriously.

ya, VC games do cost more, but if im going to spend money. its not so much about givingmoney to whoever, but i really could never see myself giving money to some pirate ho was able to slap a label on some cd and put it on ebay. i freaking hate people like that.  ts just like every retard arrogant  jocko-frat i used to know in college who would berate me for buying carts of games when 'dude you can just get 5600 romzzz off  napster, its sweet'

so though the VC may be high sometimes, id love to see every single bootlegger shut down and thrown in jail and never heard from again.
