According to the list of currently released games on wikipedia, it isn't even close: Live Arcade boasts a whopping 7 classic console games (plus an additional 40 if you include classic coin-ops) to the Virtual Console's 263 titles.

Well, I don't think xbox live arcade has any turbografx games, so Nintendo has it beat there. Plus!, Wii has that cool classic controller. You can also rig up your snes controller to work with wii vc as well. So ya. heh.
