Are you talking about Hiso Kihei Kai Serd?  I've never played it, but it looks cool.

Yep that's it.  Hmm, it is listed as "Serd Kaizard" AND "SERD GAI SHADOW" on Ebay.  It looks kinda like a nectaris-type game.

I wonder if you could playing without knowing japanese.
