That means the 2 of you who are hoping for another installment/remake of the Rushing Beat series are out of luck.

That actually does suck.  I liked a good handful of their games in the 16-bit day.  Super EDF was good, and Rushing Beat/Rival Turf wasn't that bad either.  My favorite game they did was Tengoku the Game Paradise on the Saturn.  Had a lot more that the Arcade version didn't.  However I am not surprised that this has happened.  The game market has changed and it seems like this is happening to a lot of smaller game companies lately.  Hell even Taito has been bought.  Times have certainly changed.

yeah, i read up on that but a sequel would still kickass uhei inoh and kinoko kunimoto made some rockin tunes
