It's a bundle that was sold exclusively by Sofmap, a bundle which included a standard PC-FX, Megami Paradise II, and a cardboard sleeve (featuring Rolfee) over the regular box.

WTF is that? Unless there's any way to prove that disc is of any historical significance, you had might as well make multiple copies of it yourself. They would look no less genuine than that one.
