lol, I have a feeling that name is gonna change before release if it gets any press.  You know how sensitive the US is when it comes to shit like that.  All it takes is one keen-eyed soccer mom to freak out and accuse them of making the title suggestive.

As for the title, realisticly nowhere on the box or anything does it ever call it TitS.  And technically speaking, inhouse Xseed refers to it as TiS IIRC.  I don't think there'll be a problem.
