Im not really into this stuff like i used to be and am thinking of selling it all off.. Prices would be a huge help to help me decide....

PC Engine LT Boxed (no manual aftermarket power supply)



The lt has a scratch on the top of it (pretty big) and a dead pixel or 2... nothing major and works flawless.

Ok so to clear this up what is my pc engine collection worth i tried to show pics of mostly everything I own the best i could with the pics i have on my comp.... I do have other pc engine stuff listed below. To clarify this novel Heres my list and according to the pics what is my stuff worth. If its worth what i hope it is i may sell it off to support my arcade addiction... Thanks for anyone who helps me price this stuff....

All I know are about eBay prices. I've seen an LT, unboxed sitting there for a while around $500 - so maybe with the box yours would go for about that, since the ones on eBay, unboxed aren't selling at that price. I'm thinking Super CD-ROM, unboxed probably around $150 (a boxed one with a boxed Core II just sold for about $280). TurboExpress NEW just went for $250 earlier today through Buy It Now, so yours I'd guess around $200. That's about all I could think off offhand.

Theres a street fighters arcade board that recently jumped like +600.00 because of 2 ebay listings and now everyone thinks thats the market value. def not.... ill put the pcfx at 125 because thats what you suggest.... No problem, I understand about eBay pricing, which is why I haven't pulled the trigger and purchased what I listed above. Just figured it might give you something to go off of.

Ebay price distortion is fairly consistent and can be used as a guideline.  Auctions usually close at 110% to 150% of a game's real value, most BIN sellers ask 150% to 200%.  There's been some recent discussion around here about fair prices for boxed SGX, SCD, and LT units; a "recent results" search should turn up the threads in question.

yea $500 is kinda high since it doesnt even come with an original AC adaptor or manuals. just the LT and box right?

i paid probly a tad over market value for the boxed lt and the duo monitor. please refer to the post i did in the tech / repair section to show a flaw in the duo monitors. every one i came across showed the same issue so im not sure what to say about it. still works fine though.

i personally paid 675 for the boxed lt and 500 for the duo monitor. this was a few years back though. i dont expect to get all that back but something near that would be nice. the lt comes boxed with an aftermarket power plug and the duo monitor comes loose with original video and power cable. again im just trying to see what this stuff is worth at this point but am thinking off selling it all off if its worth it. nothing set in stone yet.

i feel the lt should sell for no less than 550. the box is beat up and theres a pretty bad scratch on the top but it works perfectly and the duo monitor i would say 450 at the very least. like i said though check my other thread on the repair section to show what all these systems have as a problem from what i believe the factory. I would say 1000 + shipping for both is my lowest point, and again whoever buys them if or when i decide to let them go would need to be aware of their flaws so there are no surprises.

350 for a loose lt is a gift from god in my opinion and the seller must of really needed funds.

Damn, just seen it doesn't.  That does put me in two minds, as my Shuttle is missing manuals too, and they're damn hard to come across.  does it really matter?  Arrgh, I know it shouldn't...

The adaptor wouldn't matter to me as I'm in the UK.  I blew the original adaptor on my Core by plugging it into an adaptor when I was younger...
