No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! those little sleeves people use after soldering a wire onto a connector - what are those called?  can you buy them?

Yep. Just look for "heat shrink tubing" and you'll find what you're looking for. It comes in a variety of sizes depending on your needs  :D
