A great emulator and it's free. If you don't have the money for Magic
Engine, then use this instead.
Hu6280 / HuDX
Another good emulator, but it only supports ISO files when it comes
to CD games...

Trü's Turbo Duo PC
Engine ISO's
Trû's ISO site is one of the best PC Engine ISO sites avaible.
He has BIN/CUEs, so no MP3 sound loss anymore! Be prepared though, the
game's sizes vary from 500 megs to 750 megs.
PCE Power

Power Backup site
A great place for ISO's and MP3's. Has a huge FTP. I'm not sure, but
it seems to be down at the moment... use the backup site untill the primary
site comes back.

Another great place for FCD's and MP3's.
