I haven't posted here in a long time, and it's mainly due to the mentality that most of you people have over here, including the mentality that what this worthless fuck is doing, is ok in any regard. It's not. A lot of stuff you people do over here is NOT ok with me, or others, and no one speaks up. I barely visit any gaming forum for anything anymore because I want damn near nothing to do with half the things going on in the gaming community as a whole, especially another forum that I won't bother speaking the name of here. Your behavior makes me want to sell all my games, but that's just a side note to what is going on here. Everyone always talks about preservation and collecting, but in reality all most of you care about is money and your ego, Tobias included. I think the whole Sapphire stunt and the letter should have been a clue about that a long time ago and he should have been shunned after, but most of you through it was great. -barf-

Funny how all of you are bitching now that he put out translated discs without permission, but you had no qualms about him ripping off Toei with Godzilla (including the music stolen/pirated), or any of the other games that he re-issued under his crappy label.

You didn't care because it wasn't something you worked at, wasn't something you owned the IP to or copyright, and was nothing more to you people than games that you could now 'get cheaper'. I'm not focusing on the translator that did whatever he did (that really sucks that this happened to him), I'm talking about all of you. None of you did anything to report him to whomever owns Bonk (Konami?), Dungeon Explorer II (Atlus), or any of the other games, which all have still valid copyrights, and now he's gone off and done it to something that some of you had a hand in.
You claim you care about the games and the system, but really, you don't. Even worse are the passive 'I just play games' people.
It's equivalent to someone saying, 'oh I just don't like people', all the while stabbing people in the face with a large knife, and no one calls the cops.

With that being said, what's done is done. No company is going to give a shit about a measly 100 or even 200 something copies of an almost 30 year old game that they have no plans to do anything with ever. That's why he won't get busted and why nothing will happen to him, short of a petty cease and desist on one or two titles at most, if even. It's the same reason why Nintendo hasn't taken any action against anything going on with all the repros on the NES/FC or SNES/SFC, or Sega on the Genesis/Megadrive. Cost of legal action versus lost profits.

This is what happens when you don't get rid of a growing weed in a lawn.
I'm sure all of you will be looking forward to PCE Works future releases, and he will likely do Ys IV since you mentioned it now as well. Will you contact Nihon Falcom when that happens? Nah, probably not.



Also, all you people saying, he should put a new title or maybe put something:

before the title screen, for a couple of seconds, like an FBI warning in movies.

Learn the difference between translations and coding, and come back to that thought.

I guess it's my turn to chime in here. I really don't care to trash Mishran's rep around here, because from what I have read around here elsewhere prior, he had a good selling / buying record, though that is not what I have experienced. I think right now he needs to calm down and think over what he has done before he continues selling. This whole thing is stemming from being desperate about his car and personal life issues, which is none of anyone's concern here, but none the less, actions about treating people you are trying to sell to, should not be stressed over a measly vehicle, when there are plenty more out there - it's not even worth arguing over, and all of this turned into an unnecessary mess fast.

I just sent him a PM pretty much now completely declining the transaction due to his lack of remorse in all of this situation, and myself just no longer feeling comfortable in all of this. The thing is, it shouldn't have come to this, and there is absolutely no reason why I shouldn't be having a 4 slot being packed up soon and on it's way to me, if it were not for Mishran's behavior.

I'm not going to post everything, but I will rewind a bit to let everyone know how this went. My status on all of this is pretty much whatever. If Mishran relaxes down the road, I would consider starting over again and buying something from him, but not with the way he's acting now.

Anyway, summary goes:
We talked for a bit after I saw the thread and I said I was interested in the 4 slot, asked for a photo of the bottom of the board and asked if he was going to sell anymore other arcade stuff (this was before the Hyper Neo 64 and games were up, as well as all the MVS carts). Few PMs later and talking, I got his Paypal address, and sent him the $100 as requested (normal payment), and sent him my address in the PM as well (as requested); keep in mind, he never said anything about it being a gift payment, and he had yet to make a mention in the thread about gift payment only - had this been posted I would have inquired and likely declined - Everyone knows the rule on this one, and Mike even mentioned it a few posts back about this being common on forums. Keep in mind, the photos of the bottom of the 4 slot never got sent and I never got an answer about if he had anything else to sell twice, he just ignored the questions and told me everything was fine on the 4 slot, no scratches, nicks, etc. - which given his status, I trusted and went with.

He gets the money, sends me a PM back:

We can do one of 2 things:
1. Refund me the $100 and I will resend the payment with extra and have the fees paid on my end.
2. Send me a screencap of the Paypal payment received screen where it shows the amount it took out and I will send you that as a separate payment.

The 2nd one is probably easier for both of us.

Notice I gave him 2 options to do, with the 2nd one being WAY easier than the first - all of this could have been resolved with him showing me how much the fees were. I would have sent a gift payment for THOSE.
Notice he also plainly told me to not bother sending it back...which in turn relinquishes me of said transaction.
Also, he quoted my previous message and only the portion of me saying I don't send gift payments, pretty much ignoring everything else I said.
Not to mention going off on some thing about saying I could say I never received the package to PayPal...what? No, sending a NORMAL payment screws over no one...not to mention "and get you a tracking #" - which is what PayPal goes off of. No sense made.

Also, thread on here was changed to pretty much jab at me with "EDIT: Nevermind, if you can't trust me, I can't trust you. Gift payment only." and "I need the payment for my items to be either gifted, or you pay the fee." - with "you pay the fee" marked out. Keep in mind, this was posted AFTER I sent payment.

After that I sent him a long message pretty much saying that I was trying to resolve this situation and not sure where this distrust was coming from, pretty much reiterating everything I have mentioned in this whole post. I won't bother posting it here because I'm trying to make this post as short as possible.

I then get a reply back shortly after, which keep in mind, I never once cursed/cussed at Mishran for anything, nor am I offended by such. Besides, I'm the last one to hold off on going off on anyone for a reason when they deserve it. The last place you want to be doing something like that though, is in a PM regarding business when the person that you are dealing with is trying to amicably resolve the situation, but I got this:

Anyone that knows me, knows how much money I spend on stuff when I have interest.


Anyway, I'm done here and like I said at the top of the message prior "My status on all of this is pretty much whatever. If Mishran relaxes down the road, I would consider starting over again and buying something from him, but not with the way he's acting now." I'm hoping that Mishran takes this as a learning lesson on how to not treat people in the future.


Good luck with your sales Mishran, and if you decide on eBay, good luck on that as well, where you will likely have a delayed payment by someone that will be more likely to pull a fast one on you, and you will now end up paying even more fees that you can't charge the buyer, not to mention you will end up getting less than $100 for the 4 slot, because they go for around $100 on there, not over that.
BTW- Magician lord doesn't go for $80 on eBay so not sure where you heard that, but nice sales skills. I didn't want to tell you that, but hey you gotta learn sometime.


Also, none of my business, but I just have to ask even though I won't be around to read it, however maybe you can provide some insight for those that are afraid to ask: wondering what is SOOOOO special about that specific car that you have to have THAT specific one to drive to work? If it's a custom mod, I wouldn't want to be driving that to work, wearing it out. Besides, if it is a custom job and you are trying that hard to impress your co-workers, that should tell you a lot about yourself and possibly other things.
There are tons of far more economical options out there, not sure what what is so special about that specific one that you absolutely HAVE to get it from your wife if you are getting a divorce. If she is fighting you over it, there is a quick solution to it...go wreck it, possibly into her car and then problem solved. She won't be trying to get it from you anymore, and you can go get another one she can't take. Yes, it's four or five years later.

However, this recently came up in other places and is a perfect example of why people avoid this community. You had one guy, Atreyu, (who has a kid to feed) who bought a few games from people and sold some of them for a profit of a few dollars. What this really amounts to is a collector accidentally getting more than one of a few Hucards and selling off the duplicates.

Then you had this other guy agree to accept money from him for a few items. Long story short, the other guy tears up the money order and spends hours posing action figures for a comic strip which he edits with photoshop, to make fun of Atreyu for (1) trusting him and (2) sending him money. This causes Atreyu (who lost the stub) the loss of all of the money he sent, and (assuming that the other guy didn't just tape up the money order and cash it), the money was lost. No one profited, but Atreyu lost money that could have put food in his child's mouth.

Then almost everyone on this thread agrees with the other guy that Atreyu is the bad guy here. No one seemed to think the fact that a grown man took the time to make a comic strip using photographs of his action figures to make fun of someone else was unacceptable. It was puerile and deranged.  This action was also a form of stealing. If I take $40 out of your wallet and tear it up, and can't spend it, I've still stolen $40.

The crime of Atreyu is "attempting to profit".  In the real world this is NOT a crime and is not unethical.

The non-crime of the other  guy is "taking money from the other person and destroying it". In the real world this IS a crime.


When I used to participate in these threads I was constantly mocked and attacked for just trying to participate in civil discussions about topics that interested me. I am not at all surprised that these people behaved this way because that has pretty much been my experience here.  Most of the people that jumped on the band wagon against Atreyu are still active here and they still act exactly the same.

However, they should be contacting everyone else and refunding them, if they are unhappy, rather than just writing me based on the fact that I actually did something and said something regarding my transaction. As far as I'm concerned, this is a prime example why I am wary to deal with such sellers.

First, you seem like a thoughtful person from reading your detailed post on CAG, and you deserve and apology for our misclassification of your video game.  This was a simple human error on our part.

We purchase huge overstock inventory from retailers and wholesalers of games, and it is usually a mix of mostly used with some new.  We do also buy large lots of New Games as well, but less frequently.  At one point in June we thought it was a good idea to wrap all our used games for better protection and a better customer experience.  Unfortunately, that can lead to confusion by scanners receiving into Fulfillment by Amazon.  We don't think it happened often at all (very rarely have we gotten complaints, especially considering we sell 4000+ items per day), but we stopped in late August wrapping any used games to prevent this from every happening again. 

Naturally, you will get a full refund through FBA and we hope you aren't tainted by your experience with our company.  For a large seller who does sell mostly used products, our feedback ratings are great.  Most negatives are order cancellations and stock-outs, which happens when you gets lots of onesy/twosy random inventory like we do.  Even on Ebay, which you referenced in your CAG post, we found just 26 negatives referencing getting used sold as new out of 72,000 feedbacks going all the way back to May (using the toolhaus.org tool).  We got those comments so infrequently we didn't even consider it an issue (without toolhaus, which we just found out about, we could never even find our negatives).  Our rating on Ebay is 99.2%, the highest of any of the large Media sellers who sell mostly used.

We're not asking you to modify your post on CAG or remove your feedback, just felt you again deserved a response.  As many orders as we do a day (almost 5000 total), every customer and every comment matters.   Feel free to reach out anytime.

I bought a copy of Wartech: Senko no Ronde for X-Box 360 off of Amazon, thinking it was coming directly from Amazon, as since the last time I ordered, they moved the place where it states who actually has the item, and who it is fulfilled by. Not a big deal, but spotted it after I checked out; I prefer to steer clear of situations where it is sold by another company regardless of being fulfilled by Amazon, due to previous issues in the past when buying from sellers directly on there. Free shipping or not, the hassle of such problems I have pained in the past are not worth the trouble.

Either way, game was sold by pieceofmindmedia and fulfilled by Amazon.

I get this in Saturday, and noticed something funny right off the bat: No security seal on the right side, however it had a sticker on the bottom similar to that of video DVDs, which read SECURITY DEVICE ENCLOSED. Also, the outer wrap was slightly loose, but was sealed like a standard Y-seal. Been collecting/buying a long time, so I know how to tell the difference between normal shrink wrap reseal and Y-seal, and I have seen loose shrink wrap on a retail game/movie before, so didn't think anything of the wrap part.

So I tried looking around on the net, to see if maybe other copies might be like this, as this isn't considered a top selling A+ title, and pulled up nothing. I went ahead and opened it being wary.

Noticed as soon as I opened the case, disc has wear around the center ring on BOTH sides, and disc has some minor scratches.

Game is used, and blatantly being sold as new. Not a fan of Gamestop, but even they don't do this kind of crap.

I immediately left negative feedback for the seller which I will not be changing, and I have already called up Amazon, as well as receiving a return label. They assured me I will be receiving a full refund as well.

I'm pissed because this is complete crap, taking advantage of people that may not otherwise know, and not only that, this makes Amazon look bad. I have had very few problems out of Amazon in the past, and I prefer to keep it this way. I told the representative that they should definitely look into this seller's feedback, as well as selling habits, as I have found other issues with them since I started looking around, including eBay.

The feedback I left them, which will be moved on to the later pages rather quickly I'm sure, due to how much they sell, is quoted here:
1 out of 5: "Item listed as NEW, arrived RESEALED with no security seal, and with wear on the disc, plus scratches. Do a search for this company they do this a lot. I am NOT changing or removing this feedback Amazon, so don't even ask. People need to know what his company is doing, and it's blatant fraud."

They also have a lifetime rating/365 day rating of 96% on Amazon, and 97% for the last 30-90 days - not a good sign for a good seller on Amazon. Had I known this prior to ordering, I would have changed to a different seller, or removed the item from my basket.

Seems that Kemco is now the seller listed and fulfilled by Amazon, though NorAm International is listed as another seller on the list, for 11.89 + $3.99 shipping, listed as New, though a lot of other sellers have the same price or around that.

If anyone else has such problems with them, please chime in and report them to where you purchased the item from. These bastards need to be out of business. Also, I love the fact that NorAm has this listed on their profile:

As for your comment about me being demanding and piggish, that was the last thing I was being, so not sure why you were on the defense so much Necromancer, as I think more than myself was wanting to know the answer to what I asked for.

The eBay user that Necromancer mentioned is correct.  Looking at his history he has 34 bid retractions in the past 30 days.  He was trying to find out what the high bid was on the auction.

Thank you for confirming the ID Necromancer stated Aaron, I really appreciate it. I have heard of this ID before and indeed that is his behavior. I knew about him before (not sure where though), but it seems that he slipped under my radar. Either way, he's blocked for future purposes.

Death Bringer is in it's original double case. Manual has minor-moderate front and back cover wear. Disc has minor scratches. Case has minor wear and some random cracks on front and back. No obi included if it came with one originally.

Master of Monsters is in a standard CD case. Manual has some moderately significant wear, mainly on the front and back cover; creases, wear, rips majority on the back cover. Disc has some minor scratches (mainly outside of the CD read area). Case has a broken top hinge, but I can easily replace the case if requested. No obi included if it came with one originally.

Yeah I beat the game- I know how it works- just really have a tough time believing you got that far your first game- for not only are those robots a pain in the ass but if I remember right there's some maze bits as well (and a timer?).  Axe 1 I still say is much easier- maybe I have it mastered from back in the day- but who knows.  Maybe you eat your Wheaties- or maybe you're the be-all-end-all master of the form or something- kind of like the power fucking master metal shooter or whatever Zeta said he was.

I did die once on the chicken level my first time through, but I didn't find it that hard. I ran out of time on my first life in the last stage (futureistic maze) but then I decided to drop down to the bottom and see if there was anything and it turns out that's what you need to do. There's a checkpoint along the way. I noticed Axe II seems pretty liberal about enemy drops.

Just now coming across this thread and reading through it.

Good games being beaten here, but sorry I had to comment on this one. Legendary Axe II is pretty damn easy, but then again I used to beat it when I was a kid and played it a lot. I actually popped it in the system last week for a quick play and it pulled me in as usual, so I actually tried to find the nudity in the game (supposedly in the PCE version) and still didn't spot it. Either way, got all the way to the last boss and shut it off when I could have beat him easy. I have beaten the game too many times is why, and I got to the last boss without dying. Wouldn't be the first time and won't be the last. If I had the capability to make a video of me stomping the games ass, I would, because those chickens are a joke. The key is to hit them and go after them so they don't have a chance to shoot anything. The only part in the game that ever gives me a problem is the last stage, and it's not a maze really, just one side or the other, and the boss entrance is on the far left, but there are tons of extra stuff all over the place. Lots of dead ends. Even an appearance by the gold robot boss on the lightning tower level, as a regular enemy, in the hallway to the right side of the level, which is where you don't want to be if you are going for a speed run.

EDIT: Added 'erraticthinker' to the blocked list above. Bought some stickers from him about a month ago, then I received a ripped open envelope from him (or someone?) on March 20th. It had been caught in the USPS machines. Fair enough. I was expecting a payment from someone at the time, so I was afraid I was going to have to tell them the bad news that their payment was stolen, and that I really hope they sent a Money Order. Nope, that guy had not even sent off his payment yet. So I started looking about, posted a couple of places to see if anyone sent me anything, and nothing came up. Finally figured it out a couple of days later, because the return address was from the same area as the guy put on his location. I wrote the guy (which I had already anyway prior to that, asking when he sent off my item), and I asked him if the envelope was his, or if the address was his, etc. Not a single fucking response. I wrote his ass 5-6 times within that whole time period and NOT A SINGLE FUCKING RESPONSE.

I ended up having to open a dispute the other day for $1.49. Yes, you read correctly, a Dollar and Forty-Nine cents. He didn't even fucking write anything on the dispute, he just refunds me yesterday or something. WTF. I wrote him a damn letter and told him he sucks more or less, and that he does. It probably took him longer to refund me the $1.49, than it would have to write me and say, 'Yeah, the address is mine'. I guess he was too fucking embarrassed or something. What a cop out. I guess Paypal or eBay doesn't require you to communicate with people as long as you give them their money back. The thing is, I still don't know who this envelope is from. I just have to assume it's from him. Either way, I'm sending it back to whomever is on the return address this next week.

UPDATE: Just left this guy negative feedback and a follow up response as well. Apparently someone else got an empty envelope and someone else left him a negative for the same shit. Talk about going down hill fast.

UPDATE 2: Got a feedback revision request from this guy, which I promptly declined. Maybe if he had communicated at some point, yeah sure, I might have been inclined to change my feedback to a neutral or remove it all together, but the feedback I left was 100% true, and should be left considering my piss poor experience. I sent him a message via eBay after declining the request:

Anyone that isn't all gung ho for Jesus or whatever, should have no qualms about this research being done, because the thing is, if your taxes weren't being spent on that, they would be being spent on numerous other worthless things that you would be bitching about anyway. At least something good is being done with the money for a change.

I will laugh if they cure cancer in a year or find a cure for diabetes or AIDS as well. Then when it is found, the state that banned the research in their state can go without, which I believe it was Oklahoma. When that time comes, I don't think the people in that state should benefit from the research in any way, and when they ask why they can't get an injection shot because their child is dying for whatever disease, they can be directed to their local government official that thinks they can control people's lives in that aspect.

Religion in general pushes the world back as a whole, keeping it from advancing far beyond what any of us could ever imagine. Religion is nothing but a fear tactic in all ways, shapes and form. The only people that believe in such nonsense are the ones that are either brainwashed, are insecure in themselves that they feel the need to believe in something else besides themselves, or feel at ease thinking there is something there more than themselves, making their lives easier to live (aka cop out for the way life itself being the way it is).

The same people that believe otherwise, are the same ones that dispute scientific FACTS about anything in general, and oppose research.

I need to find the fucker that bitched about the shipping on an Atari Jaguar Alien VS Predator cart that I sent to him back in 2002 or 2003, because of the customs fees that he ended up having to pay. He won it for like $70 which I marked on the customs form, and he blamed me for them. Said I was profiting from it and the money went to me or something to that effect. Been so long now I barely remember. I may not even have the emails for that anymore. I have pretty much every single transaction archived back to 2005, as well as a good percentage before then, but nothing before 2001. Buying included.

Back before I started primarily using Yahoo mail I was using POP3 mail via Agent 1.91 or 3.0 (for those of you familiar with that) in lieu of my ISP at whatever time. I archived all of those emails as well, but to nowhere near the extent that I do now. They are saved in some kind of special format that only Agent uses, so it will take me a long time to go through them, but hopefully here soon. I have been thinking about making up a master list of everyone I have ever dealt with as far as I can find. Would come in very handy, and I'm pretty sure that no one else has such a list, at least not that I have seen. There are a bunch of people in the past that I didn't leave negatives for that I should have, or filed claims on. I didn't start really buckling down on that and being really strict until around a year before I signed up here. After a while, you get sick of shit not arriving in the same condition as stated.

Either way, anyone else that has issues with a seller trying to fuck you over, or you just don't like them for whatever reason, please post here. Honestly, I don't want this thread to just be me. Besides, why be polite when they aren't playing fair in the first place, like they are SUPPOSED to be doing? You can use a flat rate envelope for 2 games too & that costs around $12.00 & also the 2 games would weigh 1lb as i have them both on my scale at home in front of me, 2lb is for 4 light complete Genesis games, i'm a power seller in the U.K so i know all the prices & weights & all the rest about almost anything & if i get a game & it's as described i always leave awesome feedback & never do a paypal claim either!
I can only pay for Priority if i win a large amount of games so i can make it back upon selling some of the items again, othwise all my profits just go down the pan on shipping.
You can rely/trust me so if you'll ship by 1st class @ 1lb = deal.

Yes, but all of the Priority packages I ship out can and are insured. If it doesn't arrive, the postal service is supposed to investigate and I can file a claim. I'm well aware that it deters some people as the shipping costs are high, but like I said, I don't make those. They are plainly listed on the USPS website. Those Flat Rate envelopes are barely big enough to ship 2 CDs in, much less even 1 Genesis box. Those envelopes aren't that big, and don't allow for objects that wide to really go in there with bubble wrap, and trust me, your box would be destroyed if I did that. I just weighed these; both of these games before packing is 12oz. After packing it would be over 1lb. It does not matter if it is even 1 oz over 1lb, they will charge 2lb rate, and for it to be packed properly, it would be over 4oz of packing (the box would probably weigh more than 4oz alone). Sorry, but no I won't ship First Class International, nor am I going to continue being asked such. Lastly, I don't care for resellers; you people run the market into the ground with your inflated prices. I'm not here to make you money. I'm getting rid of these because I have the MegaDrive versions. You have been blocked from bidding on any of my future auctions as a result of harassing me over shipping prices, as well as all this garbage about 'your profits' - I don't care about 'your profits'. I have heard all this garbage before of 'You can trust me! I'm reliable'...I then had to refund the last person that said that $20. No thanks. I'm sure even if I did offer to ship these via First Class, you would next be wanting me to break the law by stating on the customs form that this is a gift, or that the value is lower than the auctions would end at, which I am not going to do either. Furthermore, why are you hiding your feedback? Apparently someone has something to hide. If you write me again about anything, I will be reporting you to eBay. Please save us both the trouble and time.

I have reported him to eBay for harassment. I wrote him back, but my reply isn't worth even posting here. Below is not my reply, just comments.

My communication sucks? Sure it does...that's why everyone praises me for it. I have sucky communication because I go out of my way to tell people their tracking #'s without asking, when their item will be shipped out, etc., as well as reply to all emails the same day I receive them 9 times out of 10. Yeah it sucks alright. Sucks for people that write me garbage and argue with me about what is not possible.
I don't care who anyone is that that is harassing me about thinking my shipping rates wrong, or for that matter where they are from, or what they THINK they can do.
Yeah, mmmhmm, my shipping rates and prices are wrong. I guess the official USPS website must be wrong. 

Just like I'm so sure that 2 Genesis cases can fit in a Flat Rate envelope...this coming from someone in the UK that doesn't have have access to the damn things.

Mmmhmm, they sure fit in there. They fit great in fact. So great that you can't even close the envelope, or put bubble wrap anywhere.
Maybe this guy should try and fit 2 Genesis cases up his ass, that might work better.
