I've been to that site many years ago. It used to show up prominently for a Google Search on something (obviously I can't remember the specific term).

If I had to hazard a guess, I would say that it was someone from the old TurboList (you can read a bit here and here, the response is written by "shumc@btopenworld.com" (aka "Will") who is listed as the contact for the PC Engine site. Reading his posts, it seems that he is a knowledgeable person who has some games that I would kill for (i.e. Coryoon, Terra Cresta II, etc.).

Now, the real question is to ask you, Tatsui, why you are interested in this site. Are you hoping to buy something?

lol..not really i had that link in my favs since years now an just didn't remember how i came across it. then again when watching the uptdates, it's like 5 years since the guy (will?) did something on his page. just i was curious if it probably could be someone from the forums here.

but he has / had some very neat hibaihin stuff as well
