They only came with a standard plastic sleeve - no case or cardboard box.  They were never sold seperately in the retail market, but rather only bundled with a Turbo CD and as a replacement part from NEC/TTI.

Necro is correct.

Hmmmmmm, it's been 18+ years, so I can't even remember if it had a special slot in the styrofoam packing, or was simply in a baggie with the instruction manual.
