It's a puzzle. You name the PCE title. I provided hints in the original image, and, of course, I am gracious enough to provide additional help. There is an internal logic to everything in the original image (i.e., they are not randomly thrown together!).

As in , Wall Street stuff in headline, and Billy the Kid or something in the little screenies
