Add PCECP to links...

Disclaimer: I'm not too fond of big link banners now; I like small ones! The following items were gathering dust and I thought they might be useful in the short-term.

Hi Aaron, I think www.pcecp.com should be in the links section. I made an unofficial banner (a long time ago). I'm pretty sure I asked bt about it, but I don't think I ever got a reply:

I didn't want to take great liberties, so it's pretty lame -- just a resizing of the existing logo -- but it can serve as a place-holder until a better one is made...
