Does the flash cart have the USB slim loader and the disc that come with it when purchased new?

I don't suppose these flash carts work with a Mac?

the flash cart comes wit the loader an the packaging too. i tried it wit mac but its hard. I just bring it to a friends house wit roms on a thumb stick takes 2 sec to load
