Looking for workout/ excersize maps?

I found this site to be a great help in keeping in shape and finding interesting maps for hiking or biking or jogging.  It allows you to make maps and share them with other people.  The site almost works as a facebook for health nuts too, as you can find people in your area and use runs they created.  Set up times to run with partners try out new hiking trails etc  etc...

Just thought I would share, I find a good run in the morning sort of clears my mind and sets things into perspective.

I'm going to pace myself around a 10 minute mile mark, see if I can reach my goal in two hours.

well, I pussed out and stopped around 11.5 miles.. lol- my wife was driving by with powerade and I said 'I'm done'

I'd say it was worth it, love to give it another shot someday.  Got some nasty blisters on my feet and I'm sore as hell!  Wooo!

I have a bike computer app for my android phone - it keeps maps of the routes I take, and tells me how far I went, average speed, etc.

But I don't really want to share them 'cuz some freak may find my house.

And by some freak I mean ninny.

I hadn't really thought of that.  But in all seriousness what could some freak troll really do?  They are most comfortable sitting at their keyboards and attacking people.
