Sexy Idol Mahjong Yakyuuken No Uta - NBCD4007

They're all cheap and common apart from Yakyuuken No Uta which is a little rare.

Not selling mine but yeah, it's one of the trickier ones to find cheaply. It plays quite a bit differently than most of the other Nichibitsu mahjong games but other than the topless rock, paper, scissors parts and a very tiny bit of video there's not much to it. Hold out till you find it at a bargain price.
