MONOLITH Voice Talent Needed

I'm recruiting for this now, as this will be a relatively quick production once we're 100% underway again. There are a lot more characters than MSR, so there will be a lot more credits.

Two of the roles have already been filled, but nine others are still open. There are six male roles and two female roles left to fill, plus one role which could easily be filled by either a male or a female. If anyone is interested in trying out for these roles, just record some samples of your best voices (as well as a 'natural' take) and send them along to my normal email address, which is david AT eponasoft DOT com.

I would like to try out, but I'm a little confused. Are there any lines you want us to read or do you just want us to ad-lib something? Also, what kind of characters are there? Can you give us any info, or is that need to know?

For now, I want to see what kinds of character voices people can come up with on their own. So yeah... ad lib something.

I'm also interested in people's natural voice, because most of the time, one's own voice is the most convincing (MSR's cutscenes are entirely done with natural voicing). The roles left to fill are varied... there's a buff warrior king, a sneaky little thief, a super-hot princess, a psychotic assassin, and of course, the lead role... a confident youth who doesn't take shit from anyone.

Hmm, I get the feeling that most, if not all the roles are pretty dark & serious, correct?

Pretty much... it's a serious game for the most part. There are some goofy moments though.

The buff warrior king is pretty loud and obnoxious, and he's a total slut as well.
