No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! I am looking for a copy of Soldier Blade. Either region is fine (PCE or Turbo). Must have case, manual, and sleeve all in good (read: gamer's) condition or better. Thanks! :)

FB is right, the US Soldier Blade did not come with a case. But like you said, you can easily use another case with a sparky sticker.
