Clean or Dirty, doesn't bother me!

I normally don't subscribe to cable tv, but I'm at my parents' house right now, so these are my favorites to switch between (not in a specific order):

1. CNN HLN (I like the short headlines, but they cycle/repeat after 15 minutes)
2. TBS (Family Guy, Seinfeld, Conan)
3. Toon (Family Guy, American Dad, other cartoons)
4. HGTV (Househunters, Home Improvement, etc)
5. MSNBC (Lockup, Documentaries, News)
6. TRU (Crime shows)
7. NTGEO (Animals, Taboo)
8. Travel (Food shows, Ghosts)
9. CNBC (Financial, Stocks, etc)
10. OWN (yes, I admit it--but only one show, Lisa Ling's Our America lol)

2. comedy central (workaholics , tosh.0 , stand up comedy)
3. discovery (dual survival, myth busters)
4. Animal planet (animal cops, i shoudn't be alive)
5. TruTV (only forensic files)
6. history (pawn stars...im starting to lose interest. random history shows)

i dont think i can name any other ones. TV basically sucks

I dropped cable a couple of years ago and dropped Netflix about a year ago.  Nowadays the TV is just used mostly for movies and gaming.

We do get a PBS channel over the air that we will sometimes throw on for the young'un.

I've dropped cable about 4 years ago and don't miss it at all.

I guess when we do watch our (digital bunny ears) TV it's usually PBS, ABC, and recently NBC thanks to the olympics.

Otherwise we have Netflix, youtube, and of course Swedish Netflix ;)

CBS, ABC (including 24 hours local weather), NBC, FOX, and 2 different PBS on antenna.  So what if some cable or satellite offers 500 channels?  HA when I got 1500 DVD in my room

Beside where I live, it's over 10 miles and about 20 houses to nearest existing cable service, and it'd be too costly for the cheapskate Comcast to hook me up.  Also I am surrounded by 100+ feet tall tree so no satellite unless the cowardly workers could climb the tree to the top   I do have DSL luckily so no problem streaming video or downloading movies (arr arr)

Friendly advice to advertisers: ATTEMPTING TO LINK YOUR PRODUCT/SERVICE/CORPORATION TO THE SPORTSMANSHIP OF THE OLYMPICS IS PATHETIC AND CONTRIVED. Make a real commercial. So blueraven can fuck it.
