Good questions. The cheese is cheddar and is totally edible, when you puke it is a single marble and yes you must wake up at night to puke the marble. For me I'd do the cheese sweat. I'd be a cheese farmer and just work out for a living.

Eat a healthy diet and you could sell it as "Organic Cheese". Not bad for a cheese-sweater.
