Any thoughts on Tsuppari Ozumo Sumo?

I am in search of this game and was wondering if anyone had it or has played it and what their thoughts on it were? I don't ever see many copies popping up on ebay so is it really that rare?

I think I got that with the Bazzy bundle but have yet to play it much (just messed around with the 'make a face' thing).

Paul is it difficult to understand what is going on? It seems like a fairly straight forward game
