I finally got a couple comments from AirRaidX on my GnG parody videos.  :P
Even though I know he saw them when they first went up, because I tagged them with his own search words that no one else would ever look for, like "parallax", and the same day not only did they get the lowest review each, but someone went through and gave me the lowest review on every other video I had that had already been rated. So they all went from 5 to 3 stars.

But now I have even more satisfaction with his classic, AirRaidX quality comments-

"haha, so funny. you screwed up though, you're holding the Megadrive version not the Master System game, idiot.

oh and also, i have FAR more videos on youtube about Ghouls n Ghosts than you ever will."

"lol that was a riot, superpcenginegrafx, or whoever you are. I completely dominate the field of
"what is not arcade perfect" within the videogame community. i have dozens of vids on youtube comparing GnG."

If ever there was such a thing as a living breathing Johnny Turbo, he'd talk exactly like that.

But now I almost feel kinda bad, because it no longer sounds like he's some uber snerd who went overboard with his ranting. He now actually sounds like he might be mentally ill.  :|
Justin the Not-So-Cheery Black/Hack/CrackTiger helped Joshua Jackass, Andrew/Arkhan Dildovich and the DildoPhiles destroy 2 PC Engine groups: one by Aaron Lambert on Facebook, then the other by Aaron Nanto!!! Him and PCE Aarons don't have a good track record together! Both times he blamed the Aarons and their staff in a "Look-what-you-made-us-do?!" manner, never himself nor his deranged/destructive/doxxing toxic turbo troll gang which he covers up for under the "community" euphemism!

rolins

What a real egomaniac. That guy really thinks he's all that and a bag of chips.  [-X

GUTS

Haha that guy rules, I've never seen anybody so stoked about knowing everything about one game.

CrackTiger

I think it's hilarious that there's supposed to be a "field" of "what is not arcade perfect".

As for AirRaidX "dominating" within the "videogame community", the guy got banned from a couple major message boards. I don't know how ranting and flaming till you get banned and then no longer having a say about anything at all is dominating.

Also, it looks like it never sunk in how badly I got flamed by using his own words.

Haha, his comments are hilarious, this one is my favorite:

This reminds me of a small conversation my brother and I had with a DDR player in the arcade:

Quote from: UsWow, you're good at this game!
Quote from: DDR player who talked like a homosexualI know people THAT CAN GET CLASS S!
Then the DDR player throws his bookbag over his shoulder and walks away with a cold look.

WOW.  =D>

That reminds me of the time my bro and I were in the town after Shelbyville and he was playing SFIICE at the local dingy arcade. We'd already had SFIICE in our own town for a while, but it seemed to be pretty new there.

Some kid walked by a few times and with a proud look on his face would lean over and give me brother a priceless pointer like:

"Push this one to go fast"

And he bragged about fighting the "monster's brother once" and made another comment about Ken's brother. To this day I wonder if by "Ken's brother" he meant the alternate color Ken or just Ryu.

maybe he thought you were being sarcastic?

Ninja Spirit

Dang that's messed up and many months back I invited him to make some Supergrafx gameplay footage for fun when I started the YouTube PC Engine movement.

Haha, I've seen nerds like that at arcades and such many times. One somewhat similar moment was when me and Xiphas were at an arcade playing Capcom vs SNK 2 (I think) and this guy (who I think might've been the owner of the arcade) came up to us saying something like "Wow, you guys play this? How old are guys", and so I told him I was 15 and he said "Man, I was playing Street Fighter II while you guys were in your diapers!" Gotta get a laugh out of the nerds who think they are cooler than younger people because they played ___game before they were born.

Quote from: Akamichimaybe he thought you were being sarcastic?
It's possibly, though to me at the time it seemed like he was trying to look like he was really cool or something by the way he looked at us.

Don't forget he was trying to get us to join a MORTAL KOMBAT 4 tournament.  Yeah.  There goes his credibility right there.  The arcade was shut down the next time I drove by it.  I bet he was the owner\operator.  I should have scraped enough money together to buy one of the MVS 4-slot cabinets he was selling, oh well.

That guy was totally serious about his Class S - I have a well-tuned sarcasm detector.  But I don't think the game he was playing was DDR, Keranu.  It was that one music game with the orb things that you beat on thinking that was how you played it, but you really had to wave it over and under the orbs instead.  It was really stupid.

Also. this was the same arcade that featured an adult who cried when Keranu beat him in one of his rare MvC 2 games.  He must have cried a lot when he played MvC 2; Keranu isn't exactly a master at that spazfest.

HAHA, I forgot about him trying to get us to join a Mortal Kombat 4 tournament! By the way, didn't that arcade (Friar Tucks?) burn down? I remember I was told that some arcade burnt down.

Yeah I knew it wasn't DDR, it was some game in the family. He also played that generic DDR game and got rather good scores in it.

Yes, another great arcade story! I couldn't believe that guy actually started crying when I beat him in MvC2 without even really trying (I hate this game anyways). This dude was in his late teen's/early twenty's and had like a crew cut, so seeing this man cry was a hilarious site. His friend, Melvin, who we were with had to start telling him that "It's ok, man." and such.

How sad. that kind of behavior suggests to me that either:
a) he practiced a lot, possibly harming himself doing so (skipping work etc)
b) he has a severe inferiority complex
c) someone peed in his cheerios that morning, and your kicking his ass was just the icing on the cake

I don't think this is what it was called. I remember the machine was in Korean, if that helps.

Pump it Up?  That's what the kids were playin' in Korea last time I went to the arcades over there (3-4 years ago).

Found it!  Pardon the Wikipedia Link.

Anyways, sorry for the derail!
