I fail to see how these videos help to educate players, because there is no education to be had when no mistakes are to be made to learn from when you are invincible, and no commentary is added to show where tight spots are that could pose a challenge, and how to successfully pass them. I also don't see how these could be considered art. There is nothing of artistic value to be had. The person making the video did not work on the development team, and has no claim on any artistic merit said game may have provided prior to being recorded for a video for that matter. Playing a game, enjoying someone else's artistic medium, via cheats or not, does not make said person suddenly become a artist their-selves, therefore, said end product, a game play video, is not art. All it is is a Prima strategy guide in motion, without commentary, and without skill, relying on cheats and exploits. In other words, taking an original painting by van Gogh, scanning and printing it off on a high quality printer and putting a fancy frame around it, and saying "yay, I just Tas'ed a van Gogh" does not make anyone a artist. It just makes them a lazy talentless fag.

And when I say fag, I dont mean like the fun loving, adorable house curtain designing male who shops at Ikea, and just happens to enjoy others of the male persuasion in their bed. Even smokers of the cock enjoy a good challenge from a video game now and then I'm sure. No, when I say fag I mean a lazy dickfaced asshole hackjob. Also in another fighting street thread (I think it was either calling out xray or regalsin) someone was saying how we normally don't need mods because some of the older members take care of the problem users and scare them off.  Maybe some of these older members use their gang mentality to empower themselves and go too far, it's a fine line and sometimes I really do feel like it's getting crossed.
