Possible to Region/Language mod a front loading Neo Geo CD?

Just got me one a few weeks ago and have been looking on the Internet for instructions on doing the mod. I've seen no how tos for it. I took it apart and inspected the board, but didn't see any hint of jumpers to attach the switch to. Anyone happen to figure out a mod for this thing or done a mod on one before?

you would need to swap out the BIOS with a US one. same procedure as the AES or MVS but a different IC. As far as I know there is no UNIBIOS for the CD consoles only a Debug BIOS that I know of.
