This auction is NOT mine.

I know there is already a "good deals" thread but I was hoping this might get a little more attention as the deal seemed pretty damn good.  For those of you still looking for Hudson's CD Game Music Collection '93, Ninjascastle on eBay letting them go for what I see as pretty damn cheap.

It's listed for sale for GBP 16.95 ($25.86) + GBP 2.95 ($4.50) shipping or a total of $30.36 US. I thought I'd try with a lowball offer of GBP 9.00 + the GBP 2.95 he's asking for shipping. That's $18.69 shipped in U.S. currency. It instantly auto accepted.  I have no idea how much lower he has it set to auto accept to but if anyones looking to get it, my suggestion is get it now. It does say there are more than 10 available currently.

If anyone does offer less and it accepts, can you please post so others know how low they can really offer? This way people will get it as cheap as possible.

P.S. For you completionists there are 2 versions of this.  One that is THIS one that does not have an insert and another that does have an insert with it.
All is well. :)

A forum member (Necromancer if I recall correctly) posted a scan of the insert if anyone buys this and is looking for the insert.

I've bought from this seller before - nice bunch of people and they ship fast as hell.

I don't have this so I tried a lowball $7.00 offer.  Denied.  Then $8.00... Denied.  Looks like $9.00 is the magic number.  $20 CAD for this.  Not too shabby.  Thanks for the heads up Roy.  :)
I'm busy playing pinball, but I still drop by to visit.

Nice find, Roy. The seller accepted my £9 offer as well. Current exchange rate brought the total to $19.20.

Welcome to Pcenginefx!

Go ahead and introduce yourself a bit and tell us more about your Turbo history.

So what's the story with this disc?  Was it a promotional item or something? And is it an unusual item for someone to have just come across a ton of sealed copies of?

tggodfrey

i have it......i regret buying it.  no idea why it was sold, I am guessing it was promotional.

Yeah - I'd be interested in hearing the story behind these as well.  If anyone knows - please share.  Thanks.

Are these new?

That's how I got mine, but it was long before they closed up shop.

Same here, I really liked the tracks that were on it at the time, but was really sad to hear music from games that we'd never get in the US like Legend of Heroes II or Galaxy Yuna... damn teasers!!
Jossshhhhh...Legendary TurboTrollX-16: He revenge-bans PCE Developers/Ys IV Localizers from PCE Facebook groups and destroyed 2 PC Engine groups: one by Aaron Lambert on Facebook, then the other by Aaron Nanto!!! Josh and PCE Aarons don't have a good track record together! Both times he blamed the Aarons and their staff in a "Look-what-you-made-us-do?!" manner (extortion/blackmail!), never himself nor his deranged, destructive, toxic turbo troll gang!

Thank you - I have ordered my copy - great find!

History:  bought a turbo back in the 90's - if i remember correctly they were on the downward spiral and the price was drastically reduced - i was the only one of my friends who had one - loved it and lost it somewhere between highschool and college (family yard sale maybe?)  anyway, picked one up about a year ago and have been loving it - i guess i have become a turbophile!  Best system ever!

albatross

haha - well im sure i will eventually graduate to duophilia but i believe all of start as turbophiles!
