What's the difference between the Y's 1 & 2 Duo version vs. the TG version?  Thanks.

Ys 1 and 2 Duo version were packed in with the US Duo systems. Also has different artwork on the cd. The manual is almost the same but on the rear it says Turbo Techonglies Inc.
Ys 1 and 2 TurboGrafx CD were available as retail purchase originally came with the cardboard box. Some came with the map not all of them did. The rear of the manual for that one is a bit different than the duo version.

But both are the same game !

STATUS: I sent a PM to Dalder about status of my transaction—no reply. I was wondering if anyone here has had contact with him/successful transactions.

I had a successful transaction with him around the same time, but still awaiting resolution on an oopsie  (boxed game did not include jewel case).  He seems to be a good guy/good seller, but maybe just swamped by overwhelming response to his massive sale thread?

I paid and got mine quickly, but packaging was difficult to open without damaging what I bought. Honest mistake, I guess, but no complaints on the overall transaction. This was mid-July.

I order something in June, got it eventually. Was missing one piece, which he said he'd send me. We were in the middle of negotiating for more items, but as you've noticed, he's disappeared.

I remember he mentioned health problems in a previous thread. Hopefully he is well. He hasn't been logged in for well over a month now.
