I have a few U.S. Turbo games for sale.  All have jewel cases and instructions.  The below are used and in great shape save for a minor jewel case crack on Ys III.

Ys III isn't that rare, price might be somewhat higher than most would be willing to pay considering - I would refer to ebay to see what the current range is.  The other two games are priced well though:)

Ys III isn't even remotely rare/expensive. Especially not without the cardboard box.

Ys III used to be a little rare some years ago, but it has stayed within the $30-40 range.
