I watched it over lunch the other day since it's only about 7 minutes long. 

It's okay, but everything came off pretty cheesy.  And Momoko in the comic wasn't really klutz (the most common female trope ever), more just ridiculous.  I also kind of wish they had stuck with Omar Dogan's designs for the actual characters as well, not just the Waru.  I know it's only the first episode and will give it a bit more of a chance because it is Wonder Momo after all!

I'm glad it's cheesy.

Wonder Momo in and of itself was a completely cheesy game.   If it tried to be serious I'd be annoyed.
This "max-level forum psycho" (:lol:) destroyed TWO PC Engine groups in rage: one by Aaron Lambert on Facebook "Because Chris 'Shadowland' Runyon!," then the other by Aaron Nanto "Because Le NightWolve!" Him and PCE Aarons don't have a good track record together... Both times he blamed the Aarons in a "Look-what-you-made-us-do?!" manner, never himself nor his deranged, destructive, toxic turbo troll gang!

I'm not expecting Shawshank Momo, but this seems like it's trying too hard.  I dunno how to explain it.  I will still keep up with it for a bit probably though.

My biggest gripe is the chick doing Momo sounds like a drunk hooker.
