This is a possibility.   I kind of shy away from preordering setups to prevent looking like a fucktard when things don't go as planned and people's money is just hanging out waiting for shit to not be hitting the fan, lol.

What I'd do is sell the ROM with your personal info, and then knock that price off the card when you do go to buy it.

Provided you aren't caught being a dick and uploading the ROM to emuparadise and shit.
