A/V modded TG-16 systems.  I have 0 of these systems, all include an aftermarket A/C adapter, one controller, a stereo A/V cable set, and 3 random loose games.  The systems have had their non working RF jack removed and have had a Genesis 2 style jack installed in it's place.  I also wired up the RBG so if you want to make your own RBG cable you don't have to open the case or solder anything to the system.  $100 shipped ---- sold

I found a power supply with a suitable voltage and current and rewired the plug to be the correct polarity.
